One and two-bedroom duplexes

Our 12 duplexes contain a total of 12 two-bedroom units and 12 one-bedroom units. All are unfurnished.

All units come with one-car garage, central heat, air conditioning, and remote-controlled ceiling fans. Heat and hot water are natural gas. All other utilities are electric.

Units are well-insulated and appliances are efficient. Shared outdoor patios are equipped with grill, tables and chairs. Our housing community is adjacent to the Marbleton Senior Center with its many services and activities.

Rent includes maintenance, sewer and water, snow removal, lawn care, and trash pickup. Utilities are not included.

All units are wired for internet and satellite television; rent does not include connection to these services.

Living rooms feature vaulted ceilings and carpeting. Units are unfurnished. For assistance with furnishing a unit, please talk to the director.

Windows let in lots of light! Window treatments are 2-inch plantation shutter blinds throughout.

Kitchen with cherry cabinet option has warm, friendly character. All kitchen floors are easy-care vinyl simulated wood planking.

Kitchen with white cabinet option has an uncluttered, modern character. All kitchens have standard electric appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer.

Bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and carpeting.

Roomy closets provide easy access to personal items.

Bathrooms are equipped with showers, no baths. Dual shower heads allow for hand-held or fixed positions.

Full-size washer and dryer are standard in all units.

Refrigerator/freezer with icemaker is standard in all units.

Dishwasher with variety of wash cycles and racks is standard in all units.
